How are your cookies different from other cookies?
We are dedicated to making sure taste is of the utmost importance with all of our products. Why be in the business to sell cookies & confections if they don't taste delicious? Of COURSE with our photo cookies, edible image quality is also important. Our edible images are printed by one of the masters in the industry. With over 15 years experience printing just edible images, every order is scrutinized to make sure you are getting the very best, highest quality "edible" printing of your image. Our goal at Veronica's Treats is to provide creative, delicious party favors and gifts that leave a lasting impression! Our top quality photo cookies & other unique products are so delicious - we are willing to send samples to prove it. Try the rest and compare--we know you will be sold on Veronica's Treats!

What is the minimum amount of time needed to order logo or photo cookies?
We can ship your order of 200 or less cookies on the 2nd business day after we receive both your order and your photo/logo image. For example, if we receive your order and image on Monday, we can ship your order on Wednesday. Please call us if you need your order in less time than above.

How long does it take to get an order, when should I order?
We request at least a 1 (one) week notice for orders. We recommend ordering 2-4 weeks in advance. This allows for any problems receiving your image. You can change quantities until the Friday before your order ships. RUSH ORDERS ARE AVAILABLE! (orders under 1 week), please call us for rush orders.

How much extra is personalization?
Nothing, the personalization is free on photo/logo products. Compliments of Veronica's Treats! We reserve the right to edit text & text colors to create the best possible image, we will contact you if we feel this is a drastic change.

How are your cookies and other products packaged?
All of our products are individually wrapped in a cello bag tied with a curling ribbon or heat sealed or twist tied. We also can put our products in a gift box or gift tin for a small additional charge. All products are well packaged, using packing paper & bubble wrap to protect from damage.

How do I get my image to you?
If you place your order online, you will be emailed a receipt after completing the order. Just reply to the receipt and attach your image. We will do the rest. If you order over the phone, email the photo to us at [email protected] Please use your name and the reference number we will provide you. You may also mail the image to us after placing an order. Print our order form and mail it with your picture. All pictures are returned.

Are the photos returned?
Yes, all originals are returned with your order.

What flavors of cookies & icing do you offer?
Our standard flavor is a fresh baked butter sugar cookie for all shapes. For round cookies, we also offer chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin & M&M. We also have cake pops/truffles, Oreos, chocolate chip brownies & krispie treats. There is an additional fee for cookies other than sugar as much more cookie dough is required to achieve the right spread for the image. But you will see, it is well worth the additional cost. Our standard icing is a white chocolate icing. We don't use royal icing as we feel the crunchy overly sweet taste is not appealing, we did a ton of research on icings and honestly feel our icing is the best possible choice.

Do your cookies/products contain nuts? Does your facility use nuts?
None of our cookie, brownie or cake products contain nuts, nor do the pans we use to bake them ever touch products with nuts. However, the icing we use to apply the images to cookies and/or decorate the cookies, brownies or cakes has a nut allergy warning. It is processed in a factory that makes products with nuts. We always recommend individuals with nut allergies should not consume our baked goods.

What types of images or artwork do you accept?
Basically, anything - JPG, BMP, TIF, GIF, PDF, PNG, EPS, AI, or PSD format. Minimum resolutions are 200 dpi at 100%. We recommend either emailing us the file or mailing in original photo. We will contact you (time permitting) if we believe your photo will not come out nice.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We are experts at shipping our products and have an extremely low rate of damages. However, occasionally it does occur. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours). We will request you take a photo of the damage. This will help with our claim to our shipping company. We will arrange to replace the damaged product, if possible, or issue a refund. Please review all shipping policies here.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is available throughout the United States using UPS. We also ship internationally. Shipping prices depend on the amount of cookies ordered, the weight of the package and the distance. During the months of May-September, we highly recommend shipping 2nd Day Air or Overnight. There may be an additional $7.00 cooler charge in the summer for shipments. Contact us for the best option, we may be able to save you some money!

What is the shelf life of your products?
We recommend consuming our products within 2-4 weeks. For keepsake, un-refrigerated 3-6 months or more. Cookies are freezable for 6 months or more. Mini cakes have a shelf life of one month. Cake pops have a shelf life of 6-8 weeks, Oreos shelf life is 9-12 months.

Are the cookie images completely edible?
Yes, 100%. The image is printed on sugar paper (frosting sheets) with food coloring ink. The edible image has no taste and provides the best possible reproduction of any image. If you prefer a cookie without edible image, check out direct print cookies as an alternative for custom cookies.

Do you touch-up images?
Yes, if we receive a photo with minimal scratches tears or discolor we will fix it at no additional charge. We will also contact you (time permitting) if we feel your photo will not work well. We will do our best to make your picture look its best. We reserve the right to edit text & text color to make the best possible image, we will contact you if we feel this is a drastic change.

Can we see the image before it's printed?
Yes, we do our best to send a requested proof. We are only able to send an electronic copy. If customer has not responded by 24 hours the image will be printed out. Proofs are only available when orders are placed at least a week in advance.

Order Problems?
Veronica's Treats will not be responsible for information that is missing or incorrect on the web order confirmation or emailed invoice. Please review your order confirmation or invoice to be sure all the information is accurate (Shipping address, zip code, arrival date).
Any error made by Veronica's Treats will be eligible for replacement first if timing allows, then credit if replacement is not possible due to time constraints. We reserve the right to substitute ribbon colors if we run-out of a certain color. Please be assured, we will make sure the ribbon color we substitute matches the cookies appropriately.
Veronica's Treats reserves the right to edit text & text color to make the best possible image, we will contact you if we feel this is a drastic change.

What aif the product we receive does not look like the web pic?

All of our products are made by hand by our skilled bakers, pastry chefs and highly experienced decorators. There may occasionally be slight differences between the pictures of our products on our website and the product you receive. Our quality is second-to-none and we pay exceptional attention to detail. Our goal is to make our customers happy. All products prices and sizes are subject to change without notice. We try not to vary our prices and products too much, but sometimes there are price increases due to raw material increases. Thank you for your understanding.

What are your payment policies?
Payment for goods is to be pre-paid prior to your order shipping (unless other arrangements are made in advance). We accept all major credit cards, money orders, PayPal and checks. We reserve the right to hold orders if payment is not received in time. If your order is shipped without payment in advance, you are responsible for making good on that payment by updating us with a valid credit card or check. Failure to do so and to provide payment for received goods will result in a collection agency fee of $25.00. Returned checks are also subject to a $25.00 fee.

What if I need to cancel or want a refund?
Veronica's Treats reserves the right to charge a customer's card for the full amount of the order in the event that the order is cancelled greater than 24 hours after the order is placed. If the order is cancelled within 24 hours, customer may be responsible for all costs which may have been incurred prior to cancellation, including set-up charges. This is based on a case-by-case basis.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us for replacement. We will make every effort to replace your order within reason. If we do replace your order at no charge, we request you pay the shipping charges to return the incorrect or product you are unhappy with back to us. We do not refund shipping charges for mistakes, we will be happy to replace the product ASAP. Free samples are not eligible for refunds (shipping refunds). Please call us with any questions.
